Mercedes-Benz has provided resources and donations to local organizations to assist in recovery and emergency response efforts. Community Outreach

To assist our friends and loved ones in this trying time, Mercedes-Benz is communicating directly with those in the affected area to assist in recovery efforts. The manufacturer is also providing complimentary fire-related services and financing deference, letting everyone focus on what matters most in a time of crisis.

Emergency Response

Mercedes-Benz is working with local and global emergency outreach efforts to ensure those in the wildfire area are evacuated or assisted. The company recently announced a $500,000 donation to the American Red Cross and Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation to assist with disaster relief and response efforts. Mercedes-Benz USA is also matching employee donations of up to $200 per individual to local facilities and community organizations.

Customer Assistance

Many Mercedes-Benz customers are currently dealing directly with the effects of the wildfires. That’s why the Mercedes-Benz Financial Services team is offering a 60-day payment deferral to customers in the impacted area and has suspended collection in Southern California. In a time when survival is the priority, we aim to make vehicle financing flexible to ease customers’ minds.
