Before your sales appointment, consider your preferred model, key features, and driving needs. Bring a valid driver's license and proof of insurance to test-drive a vehicle. For financing, have your address, employment, and income information ready, plus your intended upfront amount. A joint applicant should prepare the same details.
Trade-In Appointments
Bring the registration and every key for an appraisal. Bring the title if you own the vehicle; otherwise, have your lender and payoff information handy. Service records also provide helpful history. Note the current mileage and remove personal belongings before arriving so the vehicle is easier to inspect.
Service Appointments
